SKYRA offers a 1-year warranty across all product categories.

The 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship that is discovered during normal use delivered together with the product. During this warranty period, Skyra will repair or replace the proven defective component.

The defective component needs to be separated from the product and sent to Skyra warehouse address for review. Once the defective component under warranty is reviewed, it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of cost.

The installation of the defective component will be done by your in-house maintenance team with remote support of Skyra technicians. In case a Skyra technician is requested to install the component, the same will be done on a paid basis as per technician visit charges on our Terms & Conditions page.

The 1-year warranty does not cover any issue that is caused by misuse or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
